Someone gave us the tip about if you fail a TEST ONLY, state will pay you $500 to help get it repaired.  But you gotta apply before hand.

Ray & Kaitlin(Union City) - 2004 Unlimited which he is selling.  Has an 2007 4-Door Jeep on order.  Found out about us from Paul H.
